Back to school with a New Semester in Front of us!!!

We had scratch week Jan 15th-19th, a week before then our staff ladies should us great ideas for meals. The only appliances we were allowed to use was our stove! It was very interesting to know that you can live and survive without your microwave :)

We ate very well durning scratch week Demo, the Ladies taught us very well!
It was fun the next week to use what we had learned. Our kids even made homemade totilla's with Dad's help.

It's a tradition with Bruce and Sharon to decorate Ginger Bread house's with the Grandkids, but since we have not been there to do so. She makes them and sends them to us so at least we can still carry on the Fam tradition. The kids look forward to it every year :). But it's not the same without Chase and Walker their cousins. Hi guys, we miss you!

Christmas Kaleidoscope

Our church we are attending (Palmerston Evangelical Missionary) had a ladies Christmas Social this last Saturday and I wanted to share the fun and great ideas with the rest of you out there. Hope you enjoy the show!

This lady own's her own candle store. She came to show us how to use stuff around the house to put candles in like the fruit you see, neat idea eh!




This Lady came to teach us how to make wreaths or door arrangements, they make it look so easy :)




This Gentle and his wife own a food market called M&M foods simlar to Swans in the States. Real good food, we got to sample new foods that just into the store! Yum, Yum

We had a lady come and teach us how to decorate your table for the Holidays, how beautiful eh!


Our last station was a Christian book fair, great Christmas gifts

Wait now, we can't forget about the coffee. They had all sorts of flavors
