It has been a real treat to be able to experience a new culture and to live in a Beautiful small country town! Makes us feel right at home. But there is nothing like IDAHO!!!!!

Back to school with a New Semester in Front of us!!!

We had scratch week Jan 15th-19th, a week before then our staff ladies should us great ideas for meals. The only appliances we were allowed to use was our stove! It was very interesting to know that you can live and survive without your microwave :)

"hey Vern, lets see what these ladies can show us or even teach us" LOL

We ate very well durning scratch week Demo, the Ladies taught us very well!
It was fun the next week to use what we had learned. Our kids even made homemade totilla's with Dad's help.
